The property offers a Finnish sauna, NOHrD wooden fitness equipment, and an outdoor whirlpool during warmer months.

Intelligent Room Design

The 81 soundproof rooms feature air conditioning, parquet floors, and private bathrooms with showers or bathtubs in suites. Team rooms accommodate up to 6 guests with separate sleeping pods and two bathrooms, while compact suites transform into family rooms with multifunctional sofas. All rooms include safes, hairdryers, and free Wi-Fi, with inner courtyard or city views available.

Diverse Breakfast Options

A varied breakfast buffet costs €19 per person and includes egg dishes, fruits, cereals, spreads, bread, homemade nut-nougat cream, and aromatic coffee. Children aged 4-12 pay €9.50, while those under 4 eat free. The adjacent bar offers drinks and the neighborhood features Bavarian cuisine at Georgenhof, Vietnamese fusion at Javi, and Italian at Marta restaurant.

Mini-Spa Facilities

The Finnish sauna operates at 90°C daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with earlier access available upon request. An outdoor whirlpool is open from April through September from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM in the courtyard vitality terrace. The 24-hour gym features original NOHrD wooden fitness equipment for complete workout sessions.

Central Transportation Access

Giselastraße and Münchner Freiheit subway stations are within 4-5 minutes walking distance, providing U3/U6 line access to Marienplatz in 10 minutes. The Allianz Arena is reachable via U6 in 15 minutes from Universität station, while English Garden lies less than ten minutes walk away. Underground parking costs €25 daily with EV charging stations available for €15 per day.
